By accessing and using the Axis MCP platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Usage

As an Axis developer, you agree to:

• Keep your API keys and account credentials secure.
• Use the provided tools and agents responsibly without attempting to circumvent rate limits maliciously.
• Only utilize the Google OAuth flow to authenticate your own identity.

Liability

Axis is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the platform, data usage, or external AI agents connected via the Model Context Protocol.
